Miss Samoa USA Pageant (MSUP) Non-Refundable Registration & Chargeback Policy
Contestant Registration Fees:
• All contestant registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been submitted.
• However, if a contestant withdraws on or before May 15, 2025, a partial refund of 50% of the paid registration fee may be granted upon written request.
• After May 15, 2025, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including disqualification, withdrawal, or failure to attend the event.
Chargeback Policy:
• All payments are final, and chargebacks will not be accepted.
• By registering as a contestant or purchasing an attendee ticket, you agree to waive the right to dispute or request a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider.
• Any unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed, and participants may be barred from future MSUP events if a chargeback is initiated.
By completing registration or purchasing tickets, participants and attendees acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable and no-chargeback policy.
