Eligibility

Eligibility Requirements For Participation

1 Must be female & Samoan Descent as well as a Valid Passport to travel Samoa
2 Must be between the ages of 18-30 years old on pageant date
3 Must Be Single
4 Must be able to communicate in English
5 Must have never been arrested or convicted of any crime
6 Must have never modeled for any sexually explicit or pornographic materials. Artistic nude is acceptable but must be approved by the organization.
7 Must be in good physical and mental health and have no known current sickness that can be contagious
8 Must be committed to adhere to all the pageant rules and regulations upon acceptance.

REGISTRATION FEES & DEADLINES
Early Bird Registration Fee: $450 (Deadline: April 30, 2025)
Standard Registration Fee: $500 (Deadline: June 1, 2025)
Registration Opens: April 1, 2025

All fees are non-refundable and must be submitted along with the application to secure participation.

Miss Samoa USA Pageant Line Up

Introduction and Opening Number

The pageant kicks off with a high-energy opening number where all the contestants are introduced and perform a choreographed routine, showcasing their charisma and stage presence.

Siva Samoa (Taupou)

A traditional Samoan dance performance, often featuring the "taupou" or village maiden, showcasing cultural heritage and skills in Samoan dance.

Sarong (Swimsuit)

Contestants showcase their physique and confidence by modeling sarongs in a swimsuit segment, emphasizing physical fitness and poise.

Talent (3 minutes max)

Contestants demonstrate their individual talents, which can range from singing, dancing, instrumental performances, to other skills, within a time limit of 3 minutes.

Puletasi (Evening Wear)

This category focuses on elegance and style as contestants present themselves in traditional Samoan attire, often characterized by intricate designs and fabrics.

Interview (On-stage Question & Answer)

Contestants answer impromptu questions on stage, demonstrating their communication skills, intelligence, and ability to think on their feet.

Crowning Moment

The climax of the pageant, where the winner is announced and crowned as Miss Samoa USA, representing her state or region, and becoming an ambassador for the Miss USA organization.

Farewell Walk

The outgoing Miss samoa USA takes her final walk on the stage, reflecting on her reign and passing on the crown and responsibilities to the newly crowned winner.

Refund Policy:

Miss Samoa USA Pageant (MSUP) Non-Refundable Registration & Chargeback Policy

Contestant Registration Fees:
    •    All contestant registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been submitted.
    •    However, if a contestant withdraws on or before May 15, 2025, a partial refund of 50% of the paid registration fee may be granted upon written request.
    •    After May 15, 2025, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including disqualification, withdrawal, or failure to attend the event.

Chargeback Policy:
    •    All payments are final, and chargebacks will not be accepted.
    •    By registering as a contestant or purchasing an attendee ticket, you agree to waive the right to dispute or request a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider.
    •    Any unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed, and participants may be barred from future MSUP events if a chargeback is initiated.

By completing registration or purchasing tickets, participants and attendees acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable and no-chargeback policy.
